    A deposit is generally not required for stays less than three months at our Serviced Residences. If the stay is between three months and one year, we will be collecting a one-month deposit. If the stay is more than one year, we will be collecting a two-month deposit.

    Laundry services are available daily except Sunday and Public Holidays.

    Dry cleaning and other laundry service are available, you may also refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach our Guest Service Executives for more information.

  • How many occupants are permitted in each residence?

    Guest’s request for extra beds during their stay is subject to availability. You can make a request 3 days in advance through the Reservations Teams or Front Office Team with a surcharge of $53.50 nett (SGD) daily.
  • Is there luggage-storing facility?

    Storage of luggage is unavailable at our Serviced Residences.
  • What is the housekeeping schedule of the residences?

    There is daily housekeeping except on Sunday and Public Holidays, or unless otherwise stated in reservation.
