While you’re drinking in the magnificent view, you can also sip on some original cocktails like Siloso Nights and Palawan Dawn. The cocktails are made from custom-blended tea by Pryce, an award-winning tea company. Our experienced mixologist gives each one a unique spin so you can fully appreciate the tea, liquor and other ingredients.

Each cocktail has a flavour that’s completely unique. For example, Palawan Dawn contains the warm, apple-like hues of Egyptian chamomile and the smooth sweetness of organic rooibos. Meanwhile, the refreshing Siloso Nights packs an invigorating punch with lemongrass, eucalyptus and rosemary.
