5. Insert the unique voucher code that you have received via email.

7. Proceed to book your preferred room and member rate.

8. For verification purposes, you must present identification and Birthday Treat email during check-in.

Reservations must be made through www.FarEastHospitality.com or any of Far East Hospitality's official brand websites. It cannot be redeemed for bookings made through other online platforms, travel agent, corporate/group, or any affiliated partners.
Coupon code cannot be applied to a reservation that has already been made and cannot be applied to your current stay.
The coupon code is valid for redemption for a stay during their birthday month or in the month after (Blackout Dates apply) with a minimum of 2 nights stay. No extension is allowed.
Any excess value of the coupon code redeemed will not be refundable.
Cancellation Policy of the confirmed rate plan will apply.
Upon expiry, the coupon codes will be deactivated, and all unused codes will be forfeited.
Each coupon code is valid for one-time use only per booking and cannot be combined.
The coupon code is not exchangeable for cash.
Far East Hospitality is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed coupon codes.
Coupon codes are not replaceable nor refundable whether in whole or in part.
