Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All rates indicated are NETT rates and include mandatory charges of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• Cancellation policy and blackout dates may apply.
• Far East Hospitality will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or value-adds, nor will Far East Hospitality be able to transfer the discount to another guest.

• Voucher is valid for 1 night stay with 2 complimentary breakfast.
• Vouchers are valid for the following room categories:

  • Premier rooms for Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard
  • Club Rooms for Village Hotel Katong & Village Hotel Changi (includes Club access/benefits)
  • Family Rooms for Village Hotel Bugis & Albert Court
• Children up to 12 years old shares existing bed for free. Child breakfast is chargeable.
• Extra bed for 12 years and above will be chargeable
• For Village Hotel Changi & Village Hotel Katong Club Rooms - Only guests age 18 years and above are allowed to access to the Club Lounge.
• Vouchers and staff identification must to be presented at check-in.
• Staff to quote “Staff Birthday Voucher Redemption” and voucher number.
• Bookings will be held till 6pm on day of arrival. Hotels reserve the right to cancel should guest not turn up by 6pm
• Staff eligible for additional room booking under staff rate (subject to availability)
• Incidentals or room upsells will be charged to staff.
