Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All rates indicated are NETT rates and include mandatory charges of 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
• Cancellation policy and blackout dates may apply.
• Far East Hospitality will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or value-adds, nor will Far East Hospitality be able to transfer the discount to another guest.

Promotion Policy

• All participating properties reserve the right to amend the promotion without prior notice.
• Rooms and/or apartments are subject to availability.
• This promotion cannot be applied for existing room reservations and cannot be combined with any other current promotions.
• The value-adds, benefits or inclusions in this promotion are subject to availability.
• Voucher is valid for redemption until 1 July 2021.
• ¹Dining credits are available for Club room Day-Use booking only, on-day redemption only.
• For Superior Room - Additional rate of S$25NETT is chargeable for the 2nd guest to be paid at the Front Desk upon check-in.
• For Club Room - Additional rate of S$40 nett is chargeable for the 2nd guest to be paid at the Front Desk upon check-in.
• A top up of $20 nett per hour will be imposed for check out beyond the stipulated time.
• S$50 nett deposit is required upon check-in.
• Room is furnished with a king-size bed and changes to room configuration are not permitted.
• Minimum guest age of 18 years old
• Booking of this package includes 1 complimentary parking for the same day at the hotel carpark.
• Booking of day-use for Club room does not include any meal or club lounge access or evening cocktails.
• Booking is available from Mondays to Fridays only and is not applicable on the eve of public holiday, and day of public holiday.
• Prior reservation is required at least 3 days in advance and is subject to room availability.
• For reservations, please email reservations at reseasy@fareast.com and notify us of your intent to redeem the voucher.
• You may request for an overnight stay and breakfast next day with a top-up of $95 nett for check out by 10am the next day if your booking falls on Monday to Thursday; this option is not available for Friday, and eve or day of public holiday. Breakfast for the next morning will be included for overnight extension.
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with Singapore Rediscover Vouchers (SRV).
• The voucher sold is not replaceable nor refundable whether in whole or in part.
• Upon expiry of the voucher, no extension is allowed.
• Please present the e-voucher at the Front Desk upon check-in, otherwise reservation is not valid.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any existing promotional rates, packages, internet rates, conference, or group reservations.
• The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
• In the event of No-Show, voucher is considered redeemed and the full stay will be charge.
• Far East Hospitality is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed vouchers.
• Far East Hospitality will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the property and the customer in relation with the use of the voucher.
• The voucher is not guaranteed by Far East Hospitality where the voucher has been purchased from someone other than Far East Hospitality or an affiliated source.
• Use of this voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Far East Hospitality reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Other Terms

In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
